Image consent form

Our image consent form asks parents permission to use their childs photographic image in a variety of ways.

• Within school

• In local press

• On the school website

• On school run social media accounts such as Face Book and Instagram

This form is accessable, to all families, on the School Spider App annually in September and also made available to new starters families when they start at our school.

Acceptable use form for IT

This form sets out our acceptable use for IT policy and asks the parents to sign an agreement that their child will adhere to the policy for the school year. See below
